Buyer Verification

Buyer Responsibility

By submitting a request or order, the buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified researcher or research institution acquiring the product solely for laboratory research purposes, that they will handle and store the product in accordance with applicable laboratory safety standards, and that they will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals in their jurisdiction. The buyer assumes full responsibility for any use of the product outside its intended research purpose.
